DELIVERY

  1. This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  2. For all orders over €90 delivery is free of charge. For orders under €90, delivery and packaging cost is €8 euro. We offer also a Click and Collect option from our warehouse in Tuam co. Galway by advance notice.
  3. For next day delivery we must receive your Order Form by 12:00 (12 noon) GMT. We will process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  4. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
  5. Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details, of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur.
  6. Due to courier restrictions we can only dispatch items up to 30kg and up to 150cm in length. In case Your orders exceed these value We will inform You immediately after pack Your order about  amount of parcels and additional cost arise.
  7. It is Your obligation to examine the parcel before and after opening to check it against transport damage. If the parcel is damaged in transit, You have to report it to the courier company with a photo immediatly after delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 According to our policy we are happy to accept returns for web orders within 14 days of delivery date as long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a fully reusealable condition.

Returns received beyond this time will not be accepted.

I would like to return an item, what should I do?

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.  If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s)  within 14 days of shipping date please contact us at office@lunadecor.ie  and we will organise for an exchange/refund form to be emailed across to you. If the replacement item is more expensive than the item it is replacing, there will be a request to pay the difference.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping, within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment. 

  • We always advise recorded delivery via your local post office or a courier. Please note LUNA DECOR cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER (if possible). Please note any returns without NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed. Make sure you retain the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. However, if this is not possible please pack the item in another cardboard box.

We take very good care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are sent to our customers.  If however there happens to be an issue with your purchase we’d be happy to assist.

  • If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately at office@lunadecor.ie
  • We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage and will arrange for collection of the damaged items as applicable. All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be assessed thoroughly to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear or intentional damage which cannot be covered by our returns policy. In some cases, the item may need to be sent to the manufacturer for them to investigate, which can take up to 20 days.
  • Faulty items returned before 28 days can be professionally repaired and returned to you at no extra cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full refund or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent and nature of the damage.

We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Refunds can take up to 15 working days to process from the day the goods are delivered to Us.

Please note, the card issuing bank or Paypal may take a further 3-5 working days to credit the relevant account.

In the unlikely event a customer has not received a refund after 21 days from the date of return, contact our Customer Service team.
